- RFQ and contact information: part numbers, quantities, technical or commercial requirements, message content, attachments, and correspondence with our team.
- Order and transaction records: quotations, purchase references, order status, delivery information, invoices, and related business communications.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, pages viewed, and security or diagnostic events.
- Cookie and analytics information: consent choices and website usage information collected through Cookiebot and Google Analytics 4 when the relevant consent has been given.
Please do not submit payment-card details, account passwords, or unnecessary sensitive personal information through RFQ or contact forms.
3. How we use information
- To create and administer customer accounts.
- To review RFQs, prepare quotations, and respond to sourcing or support enquiries.
- To process, administer, and document orders and related transactions.
- To provide product, delivery, compliance, and service information.
- To secure the website, prevent misuse, diagnose technical problems, and maintain business records.
- To measure and improve website performance where analytics consent has been provided.
- To comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting, audit, and regulatory obligations.
4. Legal basis and consent
We process personal information where it is necessary to provide requested services, perform or prepare a contract, comply with legal obligations, protect website and business security, or pursue legitimate and reasonable business purposes permitted by applicable law. Where consent is required, including for non-essential analytics cookies and certain cross-border transfers, we request it before the relevant processing begins.
5. Cookies and analytics
Strictly necessary technologies support security, account access, and consent storage. Google Analytics 4 is used only after analytics consent is provided. Cookiebot is used to record and manage cookie choices. You can change or withdraw non-essential cookie consent through the available preference controls.

Service providers must process information for the agreed purpose and apply appropriate safeguards. We transfer limited personal information across borders when global service providers, including providers associated with Google Analytics 4 and Cookiebot, process it outside mainland China or outside your country or region. 8. Retention and deletion
- Following a verified account-deletion request, account data is scheduled for deletion within three days, except where specific records must be retained for an active transaction, dispute, security investigation, or legal obligation.
- RFQ, contact, order, invoice, and transaction records are protected with appropriate security controls, including encryption where applicable, and retained only for the period necessary for contract administration, tax, accounting, audit, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, and related lawful purposes.
- When a processing purpose ends and no legal exception applies, personal information is deleted or anonymised.
- Cookie and analytics retention follows the configured service settings and your consent choices, subject to the same necessity and legal requirements.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organisational measures designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encrypted transmission, encrypted storage where appropriate, monitoring, backups, and staff access restrictions. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, a copy, restriction, withdrawal of consent, account deletion, or deletion of personal information. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Send requests to mail@cxda.com.
11. Children
Our website and services are intended for business users and are not directed to children. Please do not submit information about a child unless it is lawful, necessary, and properly authorised.
