Quality built into sourcing decisions
Quality begins before a component reaches the inspection bench. We review the requested manufacturer part number, quantity, packaging, date-code expectations, compliance needs, and supporting documentation so that the sourcing route can be evaluated against the customer’s requirements.
Supplier and source information is considered on a risk basis. The depth of review depends on the part, supply channel, order value, application, available records, and any inspection scope agreed with the customer.

Incoming inspection before release
Received products are checked against the purchase and quotation requirements before release. Depending on the order, checks may include:
- Quantity, packaging type, and label consistency.
- Manufacturer part number, lot information, and date-code review.
- Visual examination of the package body, leads, terminals, surfaces, and markings.
- Dimensional comparison and datasheet verification where appropriate.
- Review of requested RoHS, REACH, or supplier declarations when available.

Traceability and documentation
We organise available supplier records, packaging information, photographs, and order documentation so that received material can be linked to the relevant transaction. The exact traceability package varies by manufacturer, source, and order, and is confirmed during quotation or order review.

Counterfeit-risk mitigation
Electronic component authenticity risk cannot be managed by a single visual check. Our approach combines source review, packaging and marking comparison, product inspection, and escalation when inconsistencies are identified. Where agreed or required, additional analysis may be coordinated with qualified testing resources.
Customers should identify critical application, traceability, testing, or documentation requirements before placing an order so that the appropriate scope can be confirmed.

Customer feedback and continuous improvement
Quality continues after delivery. We review customer feedback, delivery performance, non-conformance information, and corrective actions to improve sourcing and inspection decisions. If a concern is reported, retain the product, packaging, and labels and contact our team promptly with the order reference and supporting photographs.
Compliance documentation
Review our material compliance information
RoHS and REACH information remains available as separate statements so regulatory documentation can be reviewed independently from the general quality process.
