1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and its account, search, contact, and request-for-quote services. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

2. Business users

The website is intended primarily for businesses and professional users sourcing electronic components. You are responsible for ensuring that information submitted through your account, RFQ, or contact request is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the organisation you represent.

3. Product information

Product descriptions, specifications, images, lifecycle information, compliance indicators, stock information, and pricing displayed on the website are provided for reference and may change. Before purchasing, you must verify the manufacturer part number, current datasheet, technical requirements, and suitability for your intended application.

4. RFQs and quotations

Submitting an RFQ does not create an order or require either party to proceed. Availability, source, condition, packaging, date code, lead time, price, currency, taxes, delivery terms, and documentation are binding only when confirmed in a formal quotation or written agreement issued by CXDA.

Unless a quotation states otherwise, it may be revised or withdrawn when market availability, supplier terms, exchange rates, or logistics conditions change.

5. Orders and sales terms

An order is accepted only after written confirmation by CXDA. Payment, delivery, inspection, cancellation, return, warranty, and other transaction-specific conditions are governed by the applicable quotation, order confirmation, invoice, or signed agreement. If a transaction document conflicts with these website terms, the transaction document controls for that order.

6. Customer accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity carried out through your account. Notify us promptly at mail@cxda.com if you believe an account has been accessed without authorisation.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or availability, upload malicious content, scrape the website in a way that disrupts service, impersonate another person or organisation, or use the service for unlawful trade or prohibited end uses.

8. Export controls and end use

You are responsible for providing accurate destination, end-user, and end-use information and for complying with applicable import, export, sanctions, customs, and trade-control requirements. CXDA may decline or suspend a request where additional review is required.

9. Intellectual property

The website design, original text, software, and CXDA branding are owned by CXDA Electronics Co., Limited or used with permission. Manufacturer names, product names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Website content may not be reproduced or commercially redistributed without permission, except as allowed by law.

10. Third-party information and links

The website may contain manufacturer information or links to third-party resources. CXDA does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their availability, security, or content. A link does not imply endorsement.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute through good-faith discussion. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it may be submitted to a competent court with jurisdiction in Shenzhen, China, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
